So, Evil won the game (but didn't realize it—long story), and Good won the restart (which we didn't know was a restart until later—long story). Ironically, Radagast was on the Good team when Evil won, and on the Evil team when Good won. So Radagast was the only person who didn't win. Really, we ought to send this story to "Ripley's Believe It or Not."
